App support

Need help with the Learn Kannada app on iPhone or Android? Email us with your phone model, the app version (Settings → About) and what happened. We usually reply within a few days.

• Premium on iPhone or iPad. If a purchase doesn’t show up, open the Premium page and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. To cancel or change a subscription, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Weekly league nickname or data. To have your league entry removed, email us the nickname you used. See the Privacy Policy.
